Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vooma.life following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders within delivery addresses within Canada and the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Vooma.life ships to addresses within Canada the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vooma.life is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Vooma.life is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

Vooma.life does ship internationally – international shipping rates determined by our carriers will apply.


Product  Return Policy

We stand behind our products and hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not, we gladly offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date, with the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be in the exact original packaging and in the same condition that you received it unless the product arrived damaged or was found to be defective.

  2. Personal hygiene products, underwear, sex aids, pillows, bedding, seal-broken oils, lotions, gels, or creams are final sale and not eligible for refund.

  3. Once the item is received, we will inspect it to determine if it is resalable and notify you on the status of your refund.

  4. The original invoice must accompany returned merchandise in order for refund to be processed.

  5. Refunds will only be made to the same credit card (or original method of payment). Credit should be received within seven days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping   

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 


Cancellation Policy

An order can only be cancelled by calling customer support at (833) 468-6662. Orders can only be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed. When an order is cancelled, no amount will be charged to the payment method submitted and the authorization will be voided.
