When it comes to aging beautifully, perhaps we look to the stars… Not the ones in the sky though, but the ones that grace the screen and the stage! every celebrity chooses to take on aging the same way though whether it is make-up, healthy eating, cosmetic surgery, skincare or anti aging creams. We look at some of our favorite celebrities who show us that aging gracefully has many faces, all of them beautiful in their own way!

1. Jennifer Lopez

Some people argue that Jenny from the Block looks even better today than she did 25 years ago! She credits following a healthy eating plan, avoiding alcohol and using good anti-aging creams, and she ALWAYS removes her make-up before going to bed at night!

2. Jennifer Aniston

Jen opts for non-invasive LED light therapy and laser treatments over surgery and fillers. She uses quality skincare products and drinks plenty of water to keep her skin hydrated. Her hair gets trimmed every 6 weeks and she avoids heat styling whenever she can.

3. Halle Berry

With all the anti-aging creams and formulas on the market, the gorgeous Halle Berry relies on an aesthetician to customise her skincare needs, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all mentality. She also avoids sugar, which causes free radical damage.

4.Michelle Pfeiffer
Michelle reckons there is a threshold where you’re fine with looking good for your age instead  of looking young for your age – and she’s crossed it!  She clearly believes that when you find a good skincare program, stick to it – she hasn’t changed hers for 10 years.

5. Meryl Streep

Meryl is a beautiful example of letting go of what you can’t control and simply enjoying the pleasures of life. Meryl has said “Don’t waste so much time worrying about your skin,” and  advocates learning to be comfortable with the person you are.

7. Tina Turner

“My greatest beauty secret is being happy with myself. It's a mistake to think you are what you put on yourself. I believe that a lot of how you look has to do with how you feel about yourself and your life.” We think her own words say it ‘simply the best’!

The legendary laughter magnet Betty White (98) quotes her mother as saying,
“THE OLDER YOU GET, THE BETTER YOU GET. UNLESS YOU’RE A BANANA.”
As far as aging is concerned, we’ll take it from the master and try our best to convince ourselves that real beauty is what comes from within AT ANY AGE!
